Prepare the Package

Securely pack your items in the original Daniel Wellington box and include the printed return form provided in the portal.

Attach the Label

Download and print your pre-paid shipping label, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand over your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 10 business days of receipt.
